As the Director of Operations for NuGrowth Solutions, Phil Dumas is responsible for ensuring a successful start for new NuGrowth relationships, ongoing customer agreements, and plays a key role in general NuGrowth operations.
Phil joined NuGrowth in 2014 in a business development role. He has been a top sales performer for several engagements, earning a number of quarterly and yearly performance excellence awards. He has also served in the role of Director of Account Management working with NuGrowth customers to gain alignment with the goals and expectations established by each engagement.
Phil earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. His sales expertise includes financial services, software, education, staffing and automotive advertising.
