As Director of Account Management for NuGrowth Solutions, Phil Dumas is responsible for working with NuGrowth customers to gain alignment with the goals and expectations established by each engagement.
Phil joined NuGrowth 4 years ago in a business development role. He has been a top sales performer for several engagements, earning a number of quarterly and yearly performance excellence awards.
He has also served in the role of Sales Coach leading and growing a number of successful business development teams.
Phil earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. His sales expertise includes financial services, software, education, staffing and automotive advertising.
